I’m gonna leave an honest review so other people dont get into the same situation as me. communication great. the product is what I’m not happy with. took them about 3 months to produce. the price was way too high for the quality of these wigs. I’ve been dealing with wigs for 15 years, and these wigs looked great on picture but when they arrived they were beyond low density, the length of the hair was inconsistent (you have to chop off half of the wig for the hair to be a consistent lenght) leave alone the quality of the actual hair is far below what they describe “luxurious” upon arrival the wig was soft and shiny, but as soon as you wash it a couple of times the hair was dry and flaky, ends totally dead,tangled at all times. they refused me refund. I spend over 800$ for two wigs and these wigs lasted exactly two months…. terrible wigs for everyday wear. what a shame. they will convince you that the wigs are of highest quality but they are absolutely lying.
